1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Custom or special-order products
- Items marked as final sale
- Opened or used items unless defective
- Gift cards
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@hominca.com or call 855-508-7248 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA may not be accepted.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us for assistance.
